How it Works

HOW IT WORKS 

{CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME}
Invitations: By the Night of the 2nd BUSINESS Day. M-F (Example: If you order Monday you will receive it by Wednesday night. If you order any time on Friday you will receive it by Tuesday night.)
Invitation Rush: Within 15 hours (including weekends)
Party Packages: By the Night of the 6th Day
Party Package Rush: Within 24 hours (including weekends)

{HOW TO ORDER}
Ordering is easy!

1. Select your invitation design, size and turnaround time.

2. Fill out the text box form with all of your invitation info.

3. You can leave additional information for the invitation or information for the designer in the "notes" section that will appear after you click on "order".

3. Proceed through check out and pay via PayPal. (You do not need a PayPal account and can checkout as a guest with your debit/credit card.)

4. If you chose an invitation with a photo, please e-mail it to us at dazzleexpressions@gmail.com.

5. That's it! Your invitation will be e-mailed directly to you within the turnaround time you selected and then you can print the file wherever you'd like and as many times as you want! You can even use our designs as an evite and just email or text the invitation.

{ORDER EMAILED}
Please be sure to add our address dazzleexpressions@gmail.com to your "safe senders" list as our e-mails are often flagged for spam. We ALWAYS complete our orders within our turnaround time and if you do not receive it, it likely went to spam or there was a problem with the address you gave us. Please contact us right away if you do not receive your order on time. 

{ORDER REVISIONS}
If you need any revisions to your order received please reply via email with your modifications and edits. Every round of edits will take approximately 24 hours to complete. 

Invitation revisions consist of minor color or design tweaking, wording, details & font changes. Editing design/colors extensively or recreating a whole new design is outside the scope of normal edits & may incur additional charges.

{GLITTER AND METALLIC}
Many of my designs have glitter or metallic foil patterns and textures on them. These patterns are part of the digital file and not real, but do look very realistic when printed. A tip I have had great feedback on it to print on white pearlescent cardstock paper it really makes these elements pop and look even more real! 

{PRINTING}
You will receive the invitation and thank you card in 300 dpi high resolution. You have the option to receive your files in JPG or PDF format.

JPG - To print as a photo at any photo lab be sure order the JPG option.
PDF - To print on cardstock from your home printer, Staples, FedEx, Office Depot, etc. be sure to order the PDF option.

Please let us know when you place the order if you plan to use an online printing place such as vistaprint, walmart, mpix, etc. as they usually require a bleed to be added.

{ENVELOPES}

For ticket sized invitations you can use monarch envelopes, letter envelopes or the standard A7 that fits a 5x7, you can get white or fun colors in all of these options. We do offer a printable custom ticket envelope in our add-on section on the site if you'd like a matching design you can print and assemble. See the printable envelope here.

{OTHER INFO - ORDERS ON FILE FOR 3 MONTHS ONLY}
Due to the high volume of orders we create we only keep your order on file for 3 months. Please be sure to save your order, because it cannot be re-sent after 3 months and will need to be purchased again if you need it.
