CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME AND BUSINESS OPERATING HOURS:
Invitations: By the Night of the 2nd BUSINESS Day. M-F (Example: If you order Monday you will receive it by Wednesday night. If you order any time on Friday you will receive it by Tuesday night.)

Invitation Rush:
Within 18 hours (including weekends)

Party Packages:
By the Night of the 6th Day
Party Package Rush: Within 24 hours (including weekends)

E-mail Response Hours: I will answer as soon as possible and always within 24 Hours

{PRIVACY POLICY}

Dazzle Expressions respects your privacy! We DO NOT share your personal information with any third parties. We will not give out your e-mail address, payment information or any other information pertaining to your privacy. All orders placed on our website are treated with absolute respect and privacy, and you can feel confident that you are purchasing from a secure and reliable company who cares about our clients and takes great pride in our high level of customer service, support and privacy.

{PAYMENT POLICY}

We gladly accept all major credit cards through PayPal, in addition to PayPal balance, & e-check transfer payments.

You do not require a Paypal account if paying with a major credit card.

COUPON CODES: Coupon codes that are given can only be used one time and cannot be applied to custom designs or packages.

PLEASE NOTE: Paypal Payments made by E-check can take up to 7 business days to clear. Once your payment has cleared fully, we will send your files within our normal turnaround time of 2 business days. And for packages 6 days.

{ORDER DELIVERY}

All orders will be delivered via email to the email address provided when the order was placed.

The turnaround time for your order begins only once I receive ALL the information and photo (if applicable) that is needed for your design. Please keep this in mind and have everything ready to send when you place the order.

Once you have received your invitation you have the chance to look over it and see if you need any changes. I will make all these changes within 2 days of receiving your e-mail. Please keep in mind I don't work very much on the weekends as I reserve this time for family. If you request changes on a Friday, it may not be until Monday that you receive any revised files. For rush orders I will always try to make changes as quickly as possible, especially if it is my mistake. However, if they are changes you are requesting that are not a mistake I will send your order with changes made within 18 hours of receiving your e-mail. Please understand I have 4 children under the age of 7 and I typically work at night when they are sleeping, so most orders are done at this time.

All files are sent in high resolution 300 dpi, nothing smaller. If it prints blurry or is low resolution, the problem lies within how it was downloaded and saved. Please be sure to NOT right click or drag and drop the attachment, this will compromise the resolution. You must select the download option and allow it to completely download to your computer, open the file and then save.

{FAQ}
 
HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY DESIGN FOR?
Due to the high volume of orders I receive I only keep your invitation order on file for 2 months and party packages for only 3 weeks (these take up a lot of space). PLEASE be sure to look over you order to ensure you do not need any changes made, save them and make a back-up copy of your final design(s), as I am unable to retrieve designs once they have been removed from my files. A new order will need to be placed if you would like a copy of the design.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?
As a virtual business and parents of four little ones, we prefer to communicate via email. This allows us to keep an accurate record of the correspondence between both parties and eliminates any confusion regarding what was discussed. Email also allows the design team to remain focused on the design projects we are currently working on. Please feel free to always e-mail us at dazzleexpressions@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible. However, if it is an urgent matter and cannot be fixed through e-mail, please let us know and we can contact you.
 
CAN I GET MULTIPLE PROOFS IF I AM UNSURE WHICH PHOTO I WANT TO USE?
We will send you proofs with up to 2 different photo options to choose from for no extra charge.
 
IS IT REAL GLITTER ON THE DESIGNS?
Many of my designs have glitter or metallic foil patterns and textures on them. These patterns are part of the digital file and not real, but do look very realistic when printed. A tip I always give people is if you print on white pearl cardstock paper it really makes these elements pop and look even more real! 

CAN YOU SEND THE EDITABLE FILE TO ME OR SELL A TEMPLATE?
No, we do not send the original design file. Final designs are sent as flattened JPEG or PDF images only. We do not sell templates. All files sent to your are for personal use only and cannot be re-sold or edited.
 
WHAT RESOLUTION DO YOU NEED MY PHOTO TO BE IN?
Please be sure to send a high resolution 300 dpi or better photo to be added to the design you are purchasing. We are not responsible for invitations with blurry images. If you are using a professional photo, please provide that you have copyrights to the image.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been designed and sent to you. This includes if the theme has changed, you want a different design, party is cancelled, etc. If you need a new invitation, another order must be placed. While we are responsible for the design itself...we are not responsible for printing errors, colors not printing correctly or mistakes in wording that were not caught by the customer. We strongly suggest triple checking your invitation prior to printing. Any mistakes we make will gladly be changed ASAP and resent. Refunds will not be given when a mistake is made during the saving process or printing process of your design. All images are sent in high resolution. If an image prints blurry there was an error with the saving or printing process.

We strongly suggest printing a sample of your design. Due to the different screen resolutions on computer monitors, colors may vary on the final printed product.

Please note that bright colors like blues and greens will not print as vibrant as you see on your screen. Monitors have light behind the screen making colors appear brighter. For the brightest colors we recommend printing at a photo lab.
 
CAN YOU MAKE CHANGES TO ANY OF YOUR DESIGNS?
Most designs in my shop can be changed with new fonts, colors and wording, but please contact me prior to ordering to make sure the changes you'd like can be made. 
 
CAN CHANGES BE MADE AFTER I RECEIVE THE FINAL INVITATION?
Yes, of course! I understand that dates, times and venues often need to be changed and I am happy to make those adjustments for you. For all other color, photo, fonts or any other changes, I allow up to two free changes, and after that there will be an additional fee to continue making changes. 
 
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes, I love creating custom designs! Custom invitations start at $20. I will send you a list of questions to make sure I know exactly what you are looking for. I will then create up to two invitation designs for you. On the invitation you choose I can make up to five changes and then after that there will be an additional fee for further changes. Not including changes to dates, times and venues. Please e-mail me with any questions you have!
